Building the Michael Kors' Digital Innovation lab to revolutionize the way in which Michael Kors engages with consumers, globally. Working directly with Senior Leadership to advise on growth & innovation, and to develop cutting edge brand technology & digital roadmaps, app products and team to execute a best-in-class consumer experience across all touch points: .com, mobile, in-store, and social media. Specifically, deploying in-store mobile & tablet infrastructure as well as overseeing development of key emerging long-term R&D projects and partnerships with key technology partners.
